EU RoHSThe EU Restriction of the use of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive 2002/95/EC took effect in 2006. Its replacement, Directive 2011/65/EU entered into force in 2011 and 2015/863/EU entered into force in 2015. RoHS applies to certain electrical and electronic equipment that are put on the market in EU member countries.
