Industrial​

The industrial market is often characterized by automotive quality and reliability without wheels. Industrial electronics borrow technology from other segments but expect it all to work in the hostile environment of factory 4.0. Motor drives, programmable logic controls, solid state relays, process control systems and more are expected to operate on the factory floor or outdoors in a wide range of environmental conditions.

Control of electrical-electronic control systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systems temperature, time, ramp rates, linear and rotational speed – motion and other industrial processes are common. The industrial market is borrowing other technologies such as wired and wireless networking technologies, cellular, IoT, networking, computing and power management and applying them to the industrial markets.  Network security is imperative to keep unauthorized users out of the control systems.
